For the past few nights I've hard a hard time sleeping. Every night I feel restless and like I'm not sleeping at all, but the next morning I remember dream that I had the night before. I don't remember sleeping, but I remember having dreams. Did I actually sleep or not?

Also, how can I start getting full nights sleep again?

  1. Well you don't always remember when you fall asleep, in fact most people do not.  The best thing to do is to not have any caffeine a few hours before lying down.  Also, try not to use the computer or watch t.v. just before going to bed; studies have been done proving that the light from both screens causes the brain to feel like it is daytime.

  2. you're sleeping pretty deeply because that you're dreaming.  Try drinking some chamomile tea tongiht before you head off to sleep.

are you stressed? going to be bed later than usual? watching TV before going to bed?  try to read a book or try to drink that tea. it works for me.
