Why cant I order HBO on demand on ?

I have io and i was trying to order hbo on demand the other day and it said we are unable to complete your request at this and says i number. I dont want to call if i can fix it myself do any of you know why or how?

I had the same problem.  I called the help line, and once i finally got someone on the line it took 2 minutes.  Best thing to do is call.
