  1. You need to be perfectly relaxed to do this.  Try reclining on the bed and take your time.  Even if it takes 20 minutes the first time, what's the rush?

You could use a little bit of personal lubricant just as KY on the slider applicator.  This might help.

  2. Well if you have had sexual intercourse before it should go in. If you have not then you can not place it in. But that is all I can come up with.

  3. try vasiline that always helps me

  4. If you're very young or a virgin you may have tampons that are just too big for you. There are lots of different sizes and it seems like you need something smaller. Also, if you're tense about it you probably won't ever get it in. Just relax and take a deep breath and have your mom take you to the store. If it's that big of a problem maybe you would be more comfortable with a pad for a while. This site is especially for teens. Hope it helps.

PS> Don't listen to men about this. How would he know? And virgins can use tampons without any problems.

  5. Well, I know this might be stupid, but are you sure you're putting it in the right hole? because there's one where you urinate from, the urethra, and then your v****a- that's where it goes in- maybe you're using too big a tampon- you know if this is your first time you might wanna try the slender/light applicators- don't go for the super plus one
