Why cant I put iTunes rented movies on my ipod?

Ok so I rented a movie off iTunes and the movie wont go on my ipod! There is enough room for it too. Just to make sure I even got my ipod rid of all the songs but it still didnt work. Help Please!

    Not sure if you did this or not but... after you downloaded your rented movie, there should be a tab in the blue bar to the top left that says "rented movies". Make sure it's in there. Then connect your ipod and go to the screen with your ipod info. After that, go to the ipod information screen. Click on movies, or rented movies, and click transfer to ipod. (Once you do this, it will no longer appear on your computer but only on your ipod so don't be alarmed.)
