Why cant I remove the picture on my Yahoo groups?

I asked months ago and was told Yahoo is working on it. when will it be possible to change or remove the picture from Yahoo Groups ???? couldnt be that difficult to do !!!!!!

it's a group setting as to why members cant do this. if the owner has it selected to

* Members (upload/modify/download files) -  members can upload and remove their photo's any time. but if later the owner changes the setting to

* Limited (members can download files; moderators can upload/modify/download files) -   members are unable to remove their photo's or folders.

It also seems this only effects photo's but not files, the delete option is still there with the limited setting.  when you add a link and them the owner resets it to limited, that member can still remove their link as well.

Come on Yahoo!  This request goes way back and has been asked MULTIPLE times by MULTIPLE Group Members.

There are many reasons a member wants/needs to remove or edit THEIR OWN if not other pictures in an album initially set up for Group use.  I'm guessing FILES, DATABASE  and LINK items have the same issue.

Moderators (or even better---Members) need the ability/choice to set up an OPEN album for all REGISTERED members to be able to access and modify.

I agree---can this be THAT difficult?

If you are the owner or moderator of the group.  Click edit beside description on your cover page just above the current photo.  In the next window scroll down to Photo edit.  Click edit and you will see in the next window to change the cover photo.  Just follow the prompts.
