Question:

Why cant I see my new comments and testimonials?

I am constantly notified of new comments on my yahoo 360 page through my email, but after checking my page i do not see such comments?

This goes for testimonials as well.

Any help?

  1. You are getting "ghost" alerts. You are not the only one. I'm getting those as well (and probably a lot of other people). These are likely comments that you've read a long time ago on your page, but you are just now getting the e-mail alerts for them. They are likely mixed in with legitimate alerts.

    If you go to your comment area and you don't see the comment, again it's likely a comment you've already seen so don't worry about it. UNLESS you haven't been checking your comment box regularly.

    Often Yahoo servers get backlogged and they burp up messages they should have sent to you a long time ago. If you don't want this to happen in the future, turn off your alert settings on your 360 space and only rely on what comments that you actually see on your space.

    The backlogged issue is the same for testimonials. Even if you get one to come through to your 360 mailbox, it may not post. It's another glitch that you'll have to wait out.
