Question:

Why cant I sleep, someone please help.?

This has happened before but in a way, way, way worse kind of way. The other time it happened I was crying it was freaky. Its hard to get me to cry too. What happens is right before or when I fall asleep it feels like im falling. So when its bad I shoot up out of bed sweating and stuff, then cry. Right now its just annoying because right when im finally asleep something keeps me awake.

  2. It happens to me when I am depressed. Are u worry about something?

    If you don't have school or work tomorrow go grab some movie and pop corn. I can't sleep right now either, cause all I am thinking about is finding a new job.  

  3. Wow, really sorry you have to go through that man; something on your mind? Something that's haunting you inside and subconsciously eating you up? Maybe a personal fear?

    Trust me, you're not alone on this; I've had some crazy insomnia problems, to the point where I was scared. What really changed was coping with my thoughts and emotions, and getting over what was really haunting me for the longest time; feeling unwanted, unworthy of others, and losing a will to live.

    Try to really think and dig deep under your skin to see what's been bothering you; if you can't, then may I suggest writing out your feelings? Grab a pen (always use a pen, they glide and flow easier), and write whatever feeling that comes to mind; don't stop, always write, and keep going until you feel like you've let it all out. It's perfectly normal to last anywhere from 2-10 pages, so whatever gets the job done.

    Lastly, don't feel like you're alone on this Tobias; if you want someone to talk to about this personally and not publically, feel free to email me; I'm more than willing to help someone whose been where I've been and felt what I've felt, and wants control in their life again.

  4. Try valarum herbal tabs to relax you before bed. If these are not strong enough try restavit which you can get over the counter. They are not too strong so you dont feel like you have been hit by a bus when you wake up. Dont take them too late at night though if you have to get up early in the morning
