It's most likely because you need a new memory chip. You may have one or none at all. So it may be very full. Take it back to the store where you purchased it.

You can buy a memory chip at just about any where..make sure tyo bring your camera with you...upload some before you go out to buy another one.

If you've used it before than try delelting some, recharging it, and checking the set-up options...refer to your manual!

Your camera is probably to full. Or your memory card is to full. You might need to delete some pictures off your camera. Better yet put them on your computer first then delete them so you will have them. If that doesn't work bring your memory card back where you bought and get another.
