Why cant I upload my picture on my y!360 profile?

I have a picture but it wont let me upload my pictures.

Make sure that you are using an image that is a JPEG formatted photo (with .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe extension) under 5MB. If it's not, try opening it up in Microsoft Paint (available on most Windows computers in the Accessories section).

- Open Paint, then open that image file from within Paint.

- Click the File Menu, and choose "Save As". In the File Type dropdown area of the pop-up box, choose JPEG

- A box will pop up regarding quality, choose OK

- Choose a location to save the image and click "Save".

Then, try uploading the image again. Of course, if it's file size is over 5MB, it won't upload. You'll have to try to decrease the dimensions of the image (width and length) and quality via Microsoft Paint.

Other than that, you may be experiencing a 360 glitch in your personal profile pic module that you really can't do anything about. You may try to add the image to different spots in that module, but that's about it. For more on 360 glitches, see
