  1. the reason you can't access YouTube is because you don't have access to the internet the IP address range 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255 is reserved for home and business networking so no ISP would issue you with such an IP address


  2. 192.168 is usually the beginning of a private network IP addresses. Are you sure it's connected to the internet?  Are you on a private network?
