You go to your profile i think then it will probably say no picture , then go to edit my avatar and then make yours.

Because to do so you want to have all the information and apply it and you will display your pic

Do you have one in your 360 page that you want to use?  Sometimes yahoo messes up and wont show them.

You got to go to Yahoo Avatars and make one first then set it as your default *DUH* LOL

note that your 360 link here is actually member profile as default until you create 360, you can try using profile photo manager to apply image to all of yahoo products,

may need to wait 24 hours,
