  1. try acupressure wrist bands for nausea... they work really well........ or carry a fresh piece of ginger in your pocket and give it a sniff every now and again... ginger is very calming for an upset tummy.. good luck

  2. Crackers, crackers, crackers..  That's all I could eat for a few weeks.  I always tried to eat other foods, but they always managed to come back up.  Toast always worked well also.  Try some of the more dry foods out, and see which ones work best for you.

  3. Try red raspberry leaf tea or ginger.  Both are great for nausea.

Eat as soon as you wake up...try to always have something on your stomach.  I would wake up hungry and have to eat in the middle of the night.  The first trimester, your placenta is still developing, so your body is producing all of the hormones to support the pregnancy.  The hormones flush through your body, and can really upset your stomach, especially if it's empty.  At around 12 weeks, your placenta is mature enough and takes over hormone production.  Most women notice a big shift in morning sickness around this time, though some continue to battle nausea throught the pregnancy.

The raspberry leaf tea is supposed to be great throughout the pregnancy, for delivery, and even for breastfeeding.  A good health food store or natural food section at a grocery store should have it.

  4. its called morning sickness which in some people tends to be all day sickness. it will probably eventually go away for now try eating little meals  crackers  and peppermints.,

  5. Oh the joys of morning sickness.  Small sips of water or ginger ale or ginger tea.  Soda crackers help too.  If it is really bad your doctor may give you something but, I would try SeaBands first.  You can get them at a local drug store.  they are bracelets that reduse nausea by using pressure points.  Eat small frequent meals.  It will go away!!

  6. Grit your teeth and bear it. None of these things did very well for me until 9 months later but in the end you will have a sweet little angel.

  7. Try ginger ale and crackers.  The ginger ale usually helps to settle your stomache.
