  1. “I cant find any near where i live and im not willing to relocate”

Well that’s your problem right there.  Game development is typically very localized – you have to be in an office with the other people on the team to be able to do the work, so companies are *not* going to hire you if you aren’t willing to move to where they are.  The major hubs for game development are Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, etc, so those are your best bets on finding a job.

If you really really don’t want to move, realize you’re not likely to find a job in the game industry.  There are just too many people who want to get into the game industry for there to be a spot for someone unwilling to relocated.  That said, there's a map here: http://gamedevmap.com/ that lists every game studio by city.  Check out the ones within commuting distance to you, and see what they have in terms of jobs.

If the companies near you don’t have any job openings, then you have two choices: give up, or start packing.

  2. well. that would be why. (duh.) Try making your own video game company then. Either that or move somewhere that has jobs in your field.
