Why cant i find my email addree. i registered it so people looking fro it could get it. why not?

i registered my yahoo email address in yahoo and people search and member search. why doesnt it show up so people searching for me can find it. why doesnt it show up?

Go to your profile by clicking your avatar, click "edit my info", scroll down to "Privacy", mark "allow Answers users to contact me via email (Address not publically displayed)", save your settings. From now on a mail link will be displayed in your profile that others may use to get in touch with you. But your regular mail address will not be displayed and this is much better. Because otherwise you would get flooded with SPAM.
