Why cant i get a pic on my 360 account?

If this is an image that you are trying to get on Y/A from 360:

NOTE: The image may not show up right away in Y/A, as it sometimes take days for the system to catch up. Also, there is a history of glitches with the feature. So, patience is necessary. You'll need to go through the process and have a blank image for a while until the system processes the change. OR you can use a Yahoo! Avatar instead (http://avatars.yahoo.com ) and just wait to see when everyone stops having the same issue, then try to use the 360 image again. It's up to you.

Lastly, it's not always an issue with 360. Yahoo!Answers has glitches of its own sometimes.

Make sure the image is JPEG formatted and under 5MB in file size.
