webcam unknown, would require drivers installed for computer to recognize device, check software for webcam, or find default driver to setup, there would be software for camera to connect and use for viewer or editing,

Normally, all you have to do is plug it in, and you get screen prompts or something leading to greatness some kind of way. Or maybe you didn't load the CD correctly, or it doesn't work. Try Googling "Adobe 3.2 Free Download", and get it. This works with at least getting pictures for e-mailing. All that picture-telephone stuff never works for many or most people who attempt it, so e-mailable photos properly small in digi-size from your own web-cam, are what many or most people settle for anyway!
