Why cant i get a six pack after

Hi, im 15, ive been doing Situps daily but a year ago i started to do Crunches, leg lifts, etc....Ive been training everyday and doing all sorts of exercises which say to get a sixpack.

Im not Fat or anything, im 15 and weigh 60Kilos... So kinda average.

My Brother has just started doing stomach exercises 2 months ago, he dosent do them as much, i train much more.. and he has already got the six pack abs.

Why cant i get a six pack?

  1. anyone can get a six pack....as long as you are a human and have abdominal mussels it is possible to strengthen and build those mussels...but mussel building requires testosterone, which your body creates more of during puberty, that's why it is easier for guys to build mussels...you may have not reached the stage in puberty where you are producing a lot of testosterone...but don't worry you will, probably in just a year or two it will be very easy to gain mussel mass all over your body including your abs...just keep training and eventually you will see the results, especially when your body starts to produce more testosterone

  4. Different builds add muscle in different ways....  generally if you want to size/mass, do less repititions with more weight.  That translates into adding weights to your sit-up routine.  

    Bear in mind that the rectus abdominus muscles (the six pack) are small when compared to the leg muscles and as such can recover more quickly so you should be able to work them out daily without a problem.  I would suggest making sure you workon your oblique abdominals and your back... low back especially, for balance.

    Lastly, a great muscle car in no better looking than a junker when it is under a car cover....   so lots of aerobics to burn off fat, water to help your metabolism and keep your hydrated, and trim most of your fatty foods from your diet.  You should be sticking with lots of fruits and veggetables.

  5. i can almost guarantee that you are not working till you feel an intense burn in your abs.  remember, lift with your abs, not ur neck, back, arms, legs.......

    workout until you cant go any harder.  take a 2 minute break then go again.
