How old are you? Pool hall that serve beer, you will have to be the age  that state law say you have to be to drink alcohol. Find a bolling alley with a pool tables as they have a different law for then as kids can hang out with the adult that are drinking and that let the kids slip in to the games room with pool table. As lest in Florida.

You would be better to just ask them why...

It maybe that either your too young (they may sell alcohol) ???

or it may be that they are having a tournament in which they close it for that tie of the tournament ?

but it wont hurt to as either way I'm sure they will be more than happy to let you know :)
