Why cant i install this on my computer!?!?!?!?

it said i need flash player 8 to use this one thing, but then when i clicked "download" this is exactly what it said

Internet Explorer has blocked this site from using an ActiveX control in an unsafe manner. As a result, this page may not display correctly.

WTF?? how can i fix that??

    Internet Explorer sucks!
