Why cant i join a high school network?

i just made a facebook, trying to join my high school network but it says, You are ineligible to join a high school network, why does it say this?

Some college network, like my college network, requires you college email to join the network.

check the requirement of joining your school network. if not working, try again or you can send a message to the admin of your network.
