Why cant i let go of him?

Question

Me and my [ex] best friend devyn havent talked in a few months because of a fight we had and because he chose his girlfriend over me and he forgot about me because i moved but yeah

im so mad at him, but i dont want to be. I want him to be my best friend again.. I miss himm... I loved him and he loved me back... But its gone now and i dont know how to get over him or why im not over him yet...

someone help me..?

If you really want to know why you can't get over him is the fact that you haven't released him from your heart. You may have physically but not mentally. You have to tell yourself and believe you really want to let him go. If not then you will always have feelings for him. Which is understanding because friends who were real friends can't just let the other go like that. Hope things get better for you.

A loss of a real friend is hard in life. They grow away from us, and have a different life. It has been said that to keep one or two real friends is priceless. We keep our precious memories, and grieve losing them. But, in life we have gains and losses. In time you must move on without him, and make new friends. But, don't forget the good times with him.

I just started my freshman year...and

My best guy friend and i had our first big fight over the summer =[

Because he liked me and i liked him and he was leaving for a month to go on vacation...so a day before he is sapposed to leave i talk to him and he tells me that he is going to ask me out once school starts.

So then the next day he leaves and one day after that he goes out with his ex girlfriend...2 Days after he tells me that he is in love with me and he wants to be with me!!!!. So i basically screamed my head off and him and i got in the biggest fight in history...but i loved him WAY too much to forget about everything that him and i had together. I love him with all of my heart and i learned to forgive him...even though he hasnt forgiven himself for what he did to me =[...I know he feels bad and him and i have both moved on and are still like bro and sis =]

So i would forgive this guy friend of urs and just look past it all.

Talk it through with him and tell him how you feel.

I did this with my best guy friend and it helped everything.

I know this may be hard to hear but he should be choosing is girlfriend over u...

I have a boyfriend and my best guy friend has a girlfriend and he chooses her over me all the time and i choose my boyfriend over him also...its just the way it is...and u shouldnt be  getting mad at him for it.

tell him how u rly feel i mean he prob thinks ur mad at him and just say u know we had a r8 friendship and ur such a gr8 friend and if ur ok with it,i rly want that friendship back and i truly dont thnk h**l turn that down+)
