Why cant i listen to music and watch videos on my computer?

i have java script turned on but it still doesnt work i need help

this is frustrating and confusing help please

do your speakers work? do you have speakers? or is your computer is wack!

You may have an old version of Windows media player, you may be using an old version of Internet Explorer (I know that older versions of IE won't work with many modern media players).  I've listed links to these.

Finally, if this is not an online issue, I think we'll all need more information: do you have a sound card?  Have you updated your Direct X?  Is it possible that your volume control is set to mute?  How old is your computer?  Are your cords plugged into the right jacks?

If it is an internet browser issue, I recommend you download Mozilla Firefox.  It's better than Internet Explorer 7.0, because it's less of a jump from Internet Explorer 5/6, but is easier to set for privacy, customize, and integrate with features like PicLens.

maybe u have an old version of Java

try download it again from here:

http://www.java.com/en/download/index.js...

and before u download it u must remove the old java.. from Control Panel>>> add or remove programs
