I DO NOT eat junk food AT ALL...im not lazy and i am constantly on my feet all day. I am 17 years old at 5'3 and 120 lbs. All i eat is fruits and vegatables and healthy things and i DONT overeat. I get about 45-50 mins of exercise a day but i wont lose weight. I wanna lose 5 lbs but it only seems like im gaining weight. Its not genetics either because NO ONE in my family is fat...What is wrong with me? and please no answers telling me that im not fat cuz i know im not but i wud like to lose 5 lbs.
