I really dont understand what my problem is im a guy and i cant pee in public. im not nervous of the people around me i just cant pee, the urge will go away. not just urinals but stalls too. i dont know why this happens. is there anything i can do? i could care less about the people around me but my brain just wont allow it to happen. or if theres just one person in the bathroom i feel awkward because then i get nervous because he can tell im not peeing and that gets embarrasing going in standing there, not doing nething and then just leave.

  1. It is a guy thing. I think.

For me sometimes it just takes longer. I get tense without actually knowing it. Then you need to just relax and let it flow bro!

  2. this is just like the movie "waiting"

p.s. we're not psychiatrists. go find one.

  3. Shy bladder.

Quite a few guys have something similar.  Always use a stall, never the urinal, and relax.  Relaxing is the key, it may take a little while.  Depending on what is going on, where you are, etc  you won't be able to always wait 5 or 10 minutes to relax though.  Try to find a restroom that is unpopulated, like at the mall use one of the department store restrooms, this will allow you to take your time and not have intrusions from others.

  4. Your perfectly normal, my boyfriend is the same exact way, its probably just a guy thing..
