Why cant i put purchased songs frm itunes on my ipod

i have a ipod nano

and my mom just got

one of thoe

ipod clips

things

so i bought her some songs

made a playlist

on my ipod thing

with purchased and dowloaded songs

the downloaded songs

sync onto the ipod

but the purchased ones dont

can some one help me?

yes, just dont purchase songs from itunes. it gets really expensive if (like me) you have about 6 thousand songs. i wold suggest limewire instead. its a free download. beats the heck out of paying apple. lol

you have to authorize the computer through i tunes under the store options.
