Why cant i really cry anymore?

sometimes i get really emotional, i think its because i get depressed because i never do anything and all i do is stay at home, and when i get emotional i want to cry soooo bad, maybe a few tears might come out but i really just want to start pouring out crying, i dont know why but i think it will make me feel better, how come all of the sudden i just cant cry like that anymore?

  1. i don't think you are an emotional type of person. you are a thinker. you don't believe in things right away. if you are a girl. you must be flat chested. s**y girls tend to experience more pain and be considered emotional and very religious.


  2. I know what you mean. Try to listen to music or watch a movie that will make you cry. Or concentrate on those problems that make you want to cry.I think you wanna cry to let those emotions out so you could also try other ways of letting them out like taking a walk, going to a park and throwing rocks or something in the lake or on the ground or even talking to yourself about what's bothering you. Try and find an outlet that will allow you to let those emotions out. One of the worse things you can do is keep your emotions locked in. Trust me I know. I really hope this helps and I hope you feel better.

  5. Maybe there is some part of you that is happy, thankful, or any other good feeling, that suppresses your desire for crying. What I think is, is that because you are depressed, you don't want to go outside, and do lively things, not that because you never do anything, but stay home is causing you depression. Oh man, that sounds confusing.. hahahaha.

    Anyways, overcome your depression by doing things. Go watch movies with your family, call up your friends and see if their doing anything, go to social networking sites like Myspace or Facebook, and interact with others! There are many things you can do!

    And crying really won't make you feel any better. Perhaps you can start writing a diary or a daily journal writing down all the bottled emotional feelings that you contain. Whenever I feel emotional, I just sploosh out all my feelings onto a paper, and I feel MUCH better afterwards. Or punch a pillow, play video games, or just anything that might help you to relax.
