Why cant i run city of heroes

when i try to run city of heroes it says my video card or drivers dont support it. Im on a brand new hp computer and im aware that the certain drivers might be missing but i dont no which ones are missing or why my card doesnt work

I can't tell from your question, but does it bring up an ERROR message that prevents you from logging on? Or does it just show a red notice on the bottom of the splash screen saying that your drivers MAY be out of date?

If it is the latter, I know that I played for a long time with that message coming up every time I logged on, but had no difficulty playing.

I would suggest finding out the name and model of your video card, and going to the company's website to download current drivers. You don't say, but this is a good deal more difficult (in my opinion) if you are playing on a laptop. In that case, the video card company will send you to HP. Finding the appropriate driver updates can be difficult in these cases, but can be done.

In either case, make sure that you MANUALLY go to windows update and make sure you have the most recent WINDOWS updates as well.
