Why cant i see pictures on craigslist?

i was viewing a oic an click to not show the image but as i went on it would not let me see anymore pics on craigslist escorts

Like everyone else , I can't see any pictures either.... it started last night for me and it still is not working , it opens the add but no picture / image comes up.... I guess we wait and see.I thought it was my computer and was going through everything LOL=)

It is Definately Craigslist having an issue. When you go to Craigslist, scroll down and on left hand side of page you can  click on " SYSTEM STATUS" and it has all updated info about craigslist on it. For todays entry it states

" 246: taswira! - we're having issues with image hosting

Updated Fri, Jul 25 - 09:09 PDT

Working on it now. Please expect turbulence with images for a bit. " .

Argh I wish they would hurry and fix it bec I need to view a bunch of ads and the pics aren't loading. It comes up with some funky little box with an X in it and other times some funky little box with these wierd designs like triangle and circles lol.

The problem appears to be with the Internet provider used to host the images.craigslist.org location. A traceroute to images.craigslist.org shows that the path breaks just past Internet provider Internap’s pnap.net domain."
