Question:

Why cant i sleep at night?

for the last week or so ive been up all night and then i sleep from about 8:00am to 2:00pm does anyone know how i can get out of this trend and sleep at night instead of through the day? i want to stop doing this because school starts in 2 weeks and im gonna have to get some sleep at night

  1. Try this just lay down and pretend that you are dreaming. Another thing is to drink chamomile tea. It will relax you and also make you feel happier too.


  2. either you're nervous about something..

    start sleeping earlier from now, soy uo get used to it, try relaxing stuff. like bubble baths or listening to music or reading a book before you sleep

  3. right there with u buddy. i gotta very busy job im going to get in a week or so. all day long job too and i stay up all night, sleep at 6 or 7am, wake up a few hours later. but im not tired really, or i stay up for 3 nights in a row or more. take advil pm around 9 or tylenol pm

    or look for natural sleep meds, take care, and good luck with school man

  4. Ha, school holidays, I had that problem too.

    MAKE YOURSELF GO TO BED AT 10.  Regardless of how awake or tired you are, just go lie in bed.  Set your alarm for 7 and get up regardless of how tired or awake you are.  Do this every night and you will eventually have a good sleeping pattern.
