Why cant i track my fedex package?

i tried to track it online and it said it wasnt found yett. so i called and they said they dont know why its not in there computer but they did put it in route monday morning.. what does this meen??

Make sure of this.

If it is an Express pkg, the tracking number is 12 digits

If it is a Ground pkg, the tracking number is 15 digits

Have the shipper give you the tracking number again.

the shipper might not given to fedex yet

or fededx hasnt picked up the package yet
