Why cant i trade pokemon from leafgren to saphire???

i have all my best pokemon on saphire, and know i cant beat the elite four on leafgreen.... HELP MEEEEEE HURRRRRYYYYY

there are no TIME PORTALS in leaf green you have 2 do the SIDE QUEST in the game by getting the SAPPHIRE & RUBY from the SEVII ISLANDSand when you do that THEN you can trade PKMN from leaf green 2 SAPPHIRE but you need a extra GBA SP & LINK CABLE

you gotta go to the time protal on saphire and the one on leaf green. make sure you don't have pokemon on you that saphire or leaf green don't have. or pokemon moves that a game don't have.

YOU CAN'T TRADE BECAUSE YOU NEED TO BEAT LEAFGREEN SO YOU CAN TRADE,BECAUSE AFTER YOU BEAT THE ELITE FOUR ON LEAFGREEN YOU GO TO SOME ISLANDS AND YOU FIGHT SOME TEAM ROCKET MEMBERS BECAUSE THEY HAVE TWO GEMS WHICH ARE THE RUBY GEM AND THE SAPPHIRE GEM AFTER YOU GET THEM BOTH YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TRADE WITH SAPPIRE,RUBY AND EMERALD
