Why cant i upload a photo?

It says on yahoo 360, it is unable to load a picture at the moment. Why is this happening?

  1. Just wait, for clearance from Yahoo 360, and good luck.


  2. Because on yahoo answers the most pictures you see are mostly avatars so I think they changed it to only avatars but if they did change it, the people that have regular pics had that from along time.
