Why cant i use the new rsps JFRAME?

Why is it ever time i run the newest rune scape private server client with the new jframe i get that error.

I have latest java and everything. Help me please.

Listen to me Arin. I used to play some runescape in high school. Then I stopped. Then I was happier. Listen to the words I'm saying to you. Stop playing that game. It's addictive and it ruins your social life. So just stop.
