have you downloaded a Player? Unless you computer already has the software  on it

you have to download media software to listen/watch it.

there are several free ones available- here are a couple

if you have no plug ins then it will not work, if your running windows, windows media player will not run everything,

you may get a better answer to this question in the computer part of yahoo
