Why cant man control the Weather ?

Why hasn't man been able to find technology to be able to control the weather . I realise that weather is complex but so is brain surgery , space shuttle flights and learning french .

Back in the 1970's, man tried to control the weather by manually steering hurricanes and weakening them by what they called "hurricane seeding."  But years went on and they had no luck, so they quit doing that. Mother nature is something than man will never be able to control. It would be nice to do that so i can make nice weather on days that i'm off work and let it rain when i'm at work, but unfornatately we can't do that. And plus, if we could do that, all meteorologists worldwide would lose there jobs.

Sometimes man cannot control their own bowels, what hope do they have with the weather!

You've listed those 3 jobs yet those ppl do not control the brain, nor the universe, nor the students in the classroom. It won't happen b/c the weather is hard to predict and it would cost a lot of money.
