Why cant my friend in Philippines get on SMS? She has tried for days.?

  1. I have fount that most of the people who cannot get on SMS in the Philippines is because they just don't know how the system works. She signs up for SMS and must wait for the code to be sent to her cellphone. Once she enters the code then she will be able to sign into SMS from then on. But recently I have not been able to receive messages from anyone from the Philippines so perhaps the Smart or Globe servers are having problems there now. Good luck.
