Why cant people write a text message when they want to comment on my 360 page?

People outside of 360 can see your 360 space, but they can't comment unless their 360 is activated and they are signed into a Yahoo service. Plus, your permissions have to set in order to allow certain interactions with your space.

- In your "My Page," click on the "Settings" link for the comment module (in lower left corner of the module). The comments module is the lowest box on the left side of your "My Page."

- Click the "Allow comments by" dropdown and change the permission from "Just Me (Private)" to something else if you want others to actually type in a textual comment as well.

- Check the "enable quick comments box"

- Click the "Save" button.

Otherwise, you are experiencing a 360 glitch. If the comment module was working fine before and suddenly it's not working, plus you haven't made any setting changes — the problem is likely a 360 glitch. You'll have to wait those out hope that it's "magically" resolved soon.

You could be experiencing a glitch that happened at the end of last year and the beginning of this year, where you can only do anything with your comment box (and messages) during certain times of the day. It would be up to you to check throughout the day to see if the box is working correctly at any point in time.
