  1. It is dangerous to drink seawater as salt causes a concentration imbalance in the blood.People will speed up dehydration and death by drinking seawater

  2. we can, its just saltwater doesnt quench thirst, so it wouldnt help at all if you were thirsty. think of pop. it sometimes has a bunch of salt in it. that is one of the reasons they say pop doesnt quench thirst. just regular salt water can be drunk, but it is disgusting of course.

    make it a good day

  3. It's possible to drink salt water, but it's inadvisable, since it will only make you more thirsty and cause you to become dehydrated faster, since you will need more water to get the salt out via urine than you will take in.

  4. water that's contained in your body gets there through mostly passive diffusion in and out of your cells. if you drunk salty water, the concentration of salt draws out water from your body. if you drunk plain water your body would hydrate as water is drawn into your body.

physically you can drink as much salty water as you want but it wouldn't be helpful hence the famous extract. dehydration causes you to become delusional.

  5. Hey mad cow, it's Sam :) well i think that the salt water is bad for you because your body can't get rid of the salt (or something like that). Enjoy Beijing :)
