Y'know THC the stuff that is in marijuana.

This would increase sales and you are allowed to sell an addictive drug if it is in tobacco

  1. Um, because then it would effectively be marijuana? That just sounds like so much more work than just legalizing marijuana in the first place... genetic engineering really isn't the safe, magic solution that some folks would have us believe.
