Because only the military can wear them.

You can actually get charged/arrested for it or fined, no joke. OR you could be let off being warned and changed into something else.

Because you'd be impersonating military personnel. Besides what do you need to wear camouflage in Barbados for????

On a plus side, dark colours attract the sun anyways so avoid those dark colours and dress light...

The laws exist because of the existence of insurgents in the region – anyone wearing combat gear and military clothing is assumed to be a rebel.
