Question:

Why cant you get a route planned to Kinloss on TomTom or AA routeplanner?

when i type it in on tomtom it flickers onto the map showing where kinloss is then it says no route found, so i thought i'd try AA route planner and the same thing happens. works in RAC route planner though. anyone know why?

  1. You can do a walking or cycle route with tomtom. I suspect the map has a missing road link near Kinloss, may be a level crossing. AA may use the same technology. You can successfully do an itinerary via Elgin then to Kinloss.


  2. I have just tried on AA route planner, but get the message:

    "Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

    If you need any help, please call us on 0870 600 0371".

    Sounds like a server issue to me. Perhaps you could try later or ring the number quoted.

  3. Nobody wants to go there????
