Because NBC has learned to act like communists and hold the olympics hostage.

They didn;t show the closing ceremony live, so they can show it in prime time and make more money.

They didn't show the Mens volleyball gold medal match live either, holding it off for rating in prime time.  Instead they showed ping pong.

NBC sucks.

Because that would be copyright. NBC is the only channel to show live coverage (well for eastern usa..). There are to be no youtube videos regarding the Olympics within 24 hrs. I dont know about SC

Because the "suits" at NBC are milking their olympic broadcast

rights for every dollar that they can get.
