Why cantt i open my pool room to play?

it will go threw all the steps but when i get ready to play it just shows a white page. i pushed where it says to after 3 min. but it still want come up

You can play pool in any room you want as far as I'm concerned.  Living room, dining room, basement all work.

(perhaps you should be a bit more specific)

u need to re install java,that happend to me a while back
