Why celtic doesnt sign americans football players ? ?

No specific reason. We have signed Juninho, Rafael Scheidt in the past, who were Brazilian, neither were a particular success, the later living up to his name.

I suppose with South Americans, they just don't really want to play in SPL, weather, language, poor standard of football, there are not that many in England either, most prefering, the Spanish, Portugeuse, Italian, German and bizzarely Russian or Ukrainian (due to the vast wages they receive) leagues. We've been linked with various MLS players in the past, but nothing has ever happened to these links.

Another thing, may be the strict work permit rules for entry into the UK, I know this has hindered many a foreign singing in the past.
