cheaters dont always win depending on how good they are they just win till they get cough then they face the punishment, unless there really good then they become president hehehe

Well if you mean in relationships, they really don't, because it always comes back to them. Remember Justin Timberlake's song? What goes around, comes around. It hurts the person that was cheated on at first, but they end up coming out on top. So they never win.
