Why chewing gum dosent stick on our teeth , while it stick on our skin .?

Recently i saw this question on T.V. and was not able to make out sence . So thought of putting it here .

  2. chewing gum is stick with dry thing. Teeth r always wet and skin is dry

  4. First our mouth is always moist and when you start chewing it releases saliva making the mouth wetter so the gum can't stick because of the wetness.

    Even if you think you are hairless there are very small hairs that are almost invisible to the naked eye plus the skin is dry so the gum tends to stick to the hair. You can test this by putting your hand underwater then trying to get the gum to stick to it. You should find that the water will prevent it sticking even if you are very hairy.
