Why choose/not choose Military?

For those who are serving, have served, are AWOL ect. I have some general questions to get a real idea of the military, not just what a recruiter has to say.

1 What branch?

2 How old were you?

3 What was your MOS (job in the military) and rank?

4 Why did you join?

5 Do you wish you tried something else first?

6 Did you enjoy it?

7 What did you like most?

8 What did you like least?

9 Were those in charge fair to you and others?

10 Did the recruiter lie to you? If so what did he/she lie about?

11 Did you get all the things promised?

12 What would be your advice to anyone looking to join?

If discharged:

13 Did you get all the benefits promised?

14 How is life different now than when you were serving?

Anything else you would like to add, positive/negative thoughts, stories, ect. please do so.

Any questions you don't want to answer you don't have to.

I hope to get as many views as possible so even if it has been a while since this was posted please still leave a comment.
