Why company hire yu ? what would be my answer?

i had a prospective employer ask me this once and i looked him dead in the eye and said " because i am the best employee for the job you will ever have.  i am a hard worker, i learn fast, i don't complain, and i show up to work everyday."  i was hired on the spot.  give an answer that shows you are confident in your skills and not afraid of work.

Honestly, you shouldn't take shortcuts with grammar and spelling, in front of a prospective employer.  They will always suspect you don't know how to properly compose a sentence - and written and verbal communication skills are critical in the insurance industry.
