Why condominiums don't have ventilation exit for the dryer hot air?

Question

I am tired of the hot air coming out from the dryer and making the condominium smell and cause allergies. The condominium does not have a way to connect it to outside. Any suggestions ?

they sell this set-up for just that purpose, I bought it from home-depot.also try Lowe's or Menard's

There are some water filters, like the hot air passes thu the water and then goes into the room or what ever. Gets the lint too. I don´t know where to get one, got mine in Mexico.
