  1. Voldemort was too thrilled with the fact that Harry was dead to care.

  2. I'm assuming she was using occlumency.

  3. Narcissa used occlumency.

She blocked her thoughts from Voldemort so he didn't know she was lying. Still confused?  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_in_Ha...

Scroll down to the "Legilimency and Occlumency" section. Read it. It mentions Narcissa using it on Voldemort. :)

  4. Probably because Voldemort had thought of victory and would take any excuse for it even if he knew that it wasn't true. And or Harry ( if he wasn't Harry) could not have avoided a blast like that.

  5. Maybe because after Harry had died and come back to life, and  basically killed the piece of Voldemort that was in his scar, he lost a lot of his powers, including that to tell if people are lying. After all, when Harry 'woke up' from his walk w/t Dumbledore, Voldie was weaken greatly.

  6. I think he was too distracted by the fact that he had just "killed" harry and he didn't think Narcissa would lie, her husband was a faithful Death Eater, afterall.

  7. Yeah Voldemort was so happy and excited that he had supposedly killed the famous Harry Potter that he didn't really care.  Plus he lost the power to tell if people were lying or not.

  8. Voldemort could tell that narcissa black was lying to him in deathly hallows but he just didn't really believe that she was telling him a lie. voldemort really wanted harry to be dead or maybe he just really didn't care and took what narcissa at her word

  9. He was too distracted by what had just happened.

  10. He didn't really interrogate her at all, but also probably because he wanted to believe Harry was dead so much that he wasn't concerning himself with the possilibility that she may be lying. She said he was dead, and he was elated.
